Who we are

spmbiology.com.my is a specialist SPM Biology tutoring service. Our experienced Biology teachers teach Form 4 and Form 5 students one-to-one online, in English. We are not a school and we are not affiliated with the Ministry of Education (KPM), the Curriculum Development Division (BPK) or the Malaysian Examinations Board (LP). Every syllabus and exam fact on this site is taken from those bodies’ official documents, see our Sources.

How it works

Getting started is simple: tell us your child’s form and target grade on WhatsApp, and we set them up with one of our experienced Biology teachers, chosen for the goal and the way they learn, then a paid one-hour trial. Every teacher has real classroom experience in Biology and is personally checked against our written standard before they teach a single lesson. Lessons are one-to-one, so the whole lesson belongs to your child, and if the fit is not right we move them to another teacher.

Who runs it

The service is run by its two founders, Rig and Dale.

• Rig — Mathematics educator, 8+ years.
• Dale — English educator, 10+ years.

Rig and Dale personally check every teacher who joins the team. They set and hold our teacher-vetting standard, review how lessons are run, and make sure everything published here is traceable to an official source. What we believe about Biology

SPM Biology (KSSM, code 4551) is recall-heavy: 28 chapters across Form 4 and Form 5, three papers, and a lot of precise terminology to hold in your head. A crowded classroom rarely gives a student the room to find out exactly which parts they have and have not understood. One-to-one lessons do. A good teacher can hear a wrong answer, work out why it is wrong, and fix the underlying gap, chapter by chapter, diagram by diagram, essay by essay.
