What happens in the first hour

1. You send your child's form, target grade and the chapter or paper they are stuck on over WhatsApp.
2. Within the same day, we set your child up with a teacher and reply with that teacher's exact hourly rate, no range, no "it depends" left unanswered.
3. If the rate suits your budget, a time is set for the paid one-hour trial lesson at that same rate.
4. During the trial, you see a full, real lesson, content taught, a question marked, so the hour is not spent persuading you to book more.
5. After the trial, you decide whether to continue; if you do, further lessons are quoted and booked the same way, one at a time.
6. Nothing is charged before the trial itself, and nothing is charged automatically after it, every lesson beyond the trial is a fresh decision.
7. If your budget does not match the first quoted rate, saying so on WhatsApp lets us offer a different teacher rather than ending the conversation there.
8. The quoted rate is confirmed again in writing on WhatsApp right before the trial is booked, so there is no ambiguity about the number agreed to.
9. If you later add a second child, the same WhatsApp-first process applies, with a separate rate quoted for that child's own teacher.

Why we quote instead of publishing one fixed price

The right teacher for a struggling Form 4 student and for an A+ pusher in the last month before SPM are not always the same person, and their experience differs, so we quote the rate for the specific teacher your child is taught by. You pay for your child's own experienced teacher, not a class average.

What never changes: lessons start from RM50 an hour, you pay for each lesson as you book it, and there is no lock-in. You book lessons as your child needs them.

A concrete example: a family whose child needs one lesson to fix a single Form 4 chapter, and a family booking weekly Form 5 lessons through the final months before SPM, both go through the same steps, form and target grade shared on WhatsApp, a rate quoted, a paid trial. What differs is how often lessons are booked afterward, not how the price is worked out.

What a lesson looks like

You tell us your child’s form, target grade and where they are stuck. We set your child up with an experienced teacher and quote their hourly rate on WhatsApp, no obligation.

If it suits you, the first lesson is a paid one-hour trial at that rate. You see the teaching before deciding whether to continue.

If two teachers could suit your child, one more affordable, one with more years of experience, both rates are shared on WhatsApp so the choice is yours, not made for you.

A change of teacher part-way through, for any reason, is quoted the same way as the first lesson: a rate shared before any new lesson is booked, with no separate fee for switching.

Sibling bookings are quoted separately, since each child has their own teacher based on their own form and needs, rather than assumed to share one rate.

A parent asking about the rate directly, without a child present in the conversation, gets the same straightforward quote as any other enquiry, pricing does not depend on who is asking.

What we cover

Your first lesson is a one-hour paid trial; after that, lessons run 1.5 to 2 hours, set with your child's teacher to suit what your child needs. The rate is charged per hour and covers any part of the KSSM syllabus, the 28 chapters, any of the three papers, recall drills, diagram labelling and marked Paper 2 answers.

There are no extra charges for materials: practice questions used in lessons are original and prepared by the teacher.

The rate is the same whether the lesson focuses on a single hard chapter, full syllabus revision, or Paper 3 practical coaching, what changes is what the time is spent on, not the hourly rate.

A lesson can be booked for a single session before a school test, with no expectation of continuing weekly afterward, at the same quoted rate as an ongoing arrangement.

Lesson time is used entirely for teaching and marking, no part of the paid time goes toward admin, registration or account setup.

Marked written work from the lesson, a labelled diagram, a structured answer, is kept as part of that lesson's outcome, not billed as a separate add-on.

The same rate structure applies to a lesson booked well in advance and to one arranged with only a day's notice, since urgency does not change the hourly cost.

Getting the most value out of each paid lesson

Naming the exact chapter, paper or past mistake before the lesson, in the WhatsApp message itself, means less of the paid hour spent finding the problem and more spent fixing it.

Booking a lesson shortly before a school test, on a specific weak topic, tends to produce more focused content than a general weekly slot with no stated goal.

Keeping a short list of chapters or skills still needing work, updated after each lesson, makes it easy to decide which topic the next paid hour should go toward.

Because there is no package to use up, a single well-timed lesson before a test can be worth booking on its own, without deciding in advance whether to continue afterward.

If a lesson only partly covers what was needed, saying so at the end lets the teacher plan the next hour to pick up exactly where it left off, rather than starting the topic over.

Comparing the cost of a single lesson against a full package elsewhere is easier when the comparison is made per hour rather than per term, since an hourly rate makes the actual cost of extra help visible instead of hidden inside a bundled fee.
