How to reach us

We operate on WhatsApp only. There is no office to visit, because lessons are online and we teach students across Malaysia, from Perlis to Sabah. Message us on WhatsApp and we will reply the same day.

What to include in your message

A short message with these details lets us match a teacher and quote a rate straight away:

Parent’s name
Student’s name
Form (F4 or F5)
Target grade
Exam year

If you are not sure about the target grade yet, tell us where the student currently stands and we will work it out with you on WhatsApp.

What happens after you message us

We read your message, ask any follow-up questions we need, and match you with an experienced Biology teacher suited to the student’s form and target grade. The teacher’s rate is confirmed on WhatsApp before anything is booked. From there, booking a paid trial is a matter of picking a time.

Where we operate

spmbiology.com.my is an online tutoring service. We serve students in all 13 states plus Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya, because the lesson happens over video call rather than in a physical location. There is no physical address, no walk-in centre and no phone line other than WhatsApp.

Reporting an error on this site

Every syllabus and exam fact on this site is drawn from official documents published by the Ministry of Education (KPM), the Curriculum Development Division (BPK) and the Malaysian Examinations Board (Lembaga Peperiksaan). If you spot something that looks wrong, a chapter reference, a term, a past-year detail, message us on WhatsApp with the page and the detail in question.

We check the report against the official source listed on our Sources page and correct the page if the source shows we have it wrong. Each correction is checked against the syllabus document (DSKP Biologi) or the relevant exam board material before it is made.

Response times

We reply to WhatsApp messages the same day, including questions that come in outside typical office hours. If a teacher match takes longer because of a specific request, a particular exam year, a particular weak topic, we will tell you that on WhatsApp rather than leave you waiting.
