What the trial is

The trial is a one-hour, paid lesson with an experienced Biology teacher, chosen for your child’s form and target grade. It runs from RM50/hr, the exact rate depends on the teacher’s experience and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you book. It is a real lesson, not a sales call: the teacher teaches, and you and your child judge the teaching for yourselves.

What it costs

There is no fixed single price, because our teachers have different levels of experience and the rate reflects that. What we can tell you upfront is the starting point, from RM50/hr, and the exact figure for your child’s teacher, which we confirm on WhatsApp before anything is booked. There is nothing to pay before that confirmation.

What to prepare before the lesson

A little preparation makes the hour more useful:

• A device with a working camera and microphone
• A stable internet connection
• A quiet spot where the student can focus for the full hour
• A recent test paper, homework, or topic the student is stuck on

Bringing a specific weak spot, a chapter, a diagram, a type of exam question, gives the teacher something concrete to work with from the first few minutes.

What happens during the hour

The teacher spends the hour on Biology, not on introductions. Expect them to check what the student already knows, work through the topic or paper brought to the lesson, and correct misunderstandings as they come up. By the end, the student should be able to say clearly what they understood better than before the lesson started, and you should have a sense of how the teacher works.

How to book

Message us on WhatsApp with the parent’s name, the student’s name, the form (F4 or F5), the target grade, and the exam year. We set your child up with a teacher, confirm the exact rate for that teacher, and arrange a time, all on WhatsApp, with a reply the same day.
