Trial and Cancellation Policy

The trial

The trial is a paid, one-hour lesson at the teacher’s rate, priced the same way as any other lesson with that teacher, at from RM50/hr, with the exact figure confirmed on WhatsApp before booking.

Booking the trial

Message us on WhatsApp with the parent’s name, the student’s name, the form, the target grade and the exam year. We set your child up with a teacher, confirm the rate, and arrange a time. The trial lesson itself is one-to-one and focused on Biology, run in the same way as a regular lesson.

Cancellation notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked trial or lesson, you arrange it directly with your child’s assigned teacher on WhatsApp. Please give the teacher as much notice as you can.

Refunds

Lessons are paid for after they have been taught, so there is normally nothing to refund. If a lesson is booked but not delivered, anything owing is settled directly with your child’s teacher.

Payment method

Payment for the trial and for ongoing lessons is arranged directly between you and your child’s assigned teacher, confirmed on WhatsApp, and is usually made after each lesson.

Late arrival and no-shows

If a student is not ready when the lesson is due to start, the teacher will wait a reasonable time before treating the session as missed. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect whether a regular time slot can be held open for that student.

After the trial

Once the trial is complete, you decide whether to continue with the same teacher on a regular basis. There is no obligation to book further lessons after the trial, and no pressure to decide immediately, take the time you need to talk it over as a family before messaging us again.

We may update how rescheduling, payment and cancellations are handled as described above. The version published on this page at the time you book applies to your booking.
