What happens when the day runs late and the student misses the start?
It happens, and the arrangement has to survive it. The teacher waits on the call for the first ten minutes and messages the parent's number if the student has not joined.
When a family knows in advance that a day will run over, a delayed return, a school event, the slot is shifted by message the day before, to another evening that week. What keeps the year on track is that the default returns the following week: the same teacher, the same hour.
